Public Notice of Systemic Discrimination and Unlawful Actions By the Czech Association of Falun Gong Against MindCoeur and Its Practitioners

We, the representatives and practitioners of **MindCoeur**, hereby issue this formal public statement to denounce the **unjust and discriminatory actions** undertaken by the **Czech (and Czechoslovak) Association(s) of Falun Gong**.

Over a sustained period, MindCoeur practitioners have been subjected to:

- **Arbitrary blacklisting and excommunication**

- **Systematic refusal of communication**

- **Social and spiritual ostracization**

- **Denial of the right to reply, to clarify, or to understand the charges against them**

- **Complete exclusion from spiritual community life and support**

These actions have been taken **without due process, without communication, and without any stated justification**.

We affirm that such conduct constitutes not only a **violation of moral and spiritual integrity**, but also a **direct breach of internationally recognized legal standards**, specifically:

- The **Universal Declaration of Human Rights** (Articles 7, 18, 19, 20, 21)

- The **European Convention on Human Rights** (Articles 9, 10, 11, and 14)

- And other relevant instruments pertaining to **freedom of conscience, association, and spiritual practice**

The treatment of MindCoeur practitioners by these associations reveals a **pattern of authoritarian suppression**, lacking transparency, ethics, and adherence to the foundational principles of **Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance**—principles which Falun Gong claims to champion.

We hereby assert:

- That the **de facto excommunication** of MindCoeur practitioners is **illegitimate** and constitutes **spiritual discrimination**

- That any blacklist, silence, or ghosting maintained against MindCoeur or its members is **morally and legally reprehensible**

- That all attempts by MindCoeur to **seek clarification, mediation, or reconciliation** have been **ignored or silenced**

We call upon the Czech Association of Falun Gong to immediately **provide a transparent explanation**, **lift all unjust restrictions**, and **engage in open and lawful communication**.

Furthermore, we urge **human rights observers**, **spiritual organizations**, and the **international Falun Dafa community** to **investigate these violations** and support **freedom of spiritual expression and association** for all practitioners, without exclusion or discrimination.

Silence is complicity. Justice requires voice.
