Public Notice

Regarding the Unlawful and Unexplained Excommunication of Mindcoeur

Mindcoeur issues this public notice to formally document and address a prolonged and unresolved injustice that has caused significant harm to its practitioners, activities, and reputation.

Mindcoeur states that it was unlawfully excluded and effectively excommunicated from Falun Dafa–related structures and activities, initially by the Slovak Association of Falun Gong, and subsequently through the refusal of communication by Falun Dafa–associated organizations worldwide.

Following this exclusion:

  • All communication channels were abruptly and entirely severed
  • Mindcoeur was expelled from all ongoing and future projects and collaborations
  • Repeated inquiries made in good faith, seeking clarification or dialogue, were met with systematic and continuous silence
  • Mindcoeur’s good name and reputation were adversely affected within spiritual and related communities

The sole partial exception to this global silence was the Czech Falun Dafa association, which replied once with a vague inquiry regarding the nature of Mindcoeur’s request, but then ceased all communication without providing any explanation or follow-up.

At no point was Mindcoeur provided with:

  • A formal accusation
  • A written decision
  • A transparent disciplinary or review process
  • An opportunity to respond, appeal, or seek mediation

For more than ten years, no corrective, restorative, or clarifying action has been undertaken by the Slovak Association of Falun Gong, nor by Falun Dafa–related associations worldwide, despite the enduring harm inflicted on Mindcoeur and its practitioners.

Mindcoeur asserts that collective exclusion without due process, global refusal of communication, and prolonged silence in the face of legitimate inquiry are incompatible with fundamental principles of human dignity, freedom of belief, freedom of association, and protection of reputation.

These actions and omissions are inconsistent with internationally recognized human rights standards, including:

  • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
  • The European Convention on Human Rights

This notice is issued in good faith to establish a public record, protect the integrity of Mindcoeur and its practitioners, and affirm the right to transparency, accountability, and restorative justice.

Mindcoeur remains open to dialogue, clarification, and reconciliation. In the absence of such engagement, this notice stands as a formal acknowledgment of the harm endured and the silence encountered.
