Bringing Heaven Back To Earth
by Ri Yaouyue | 3 October 2026The three turns of the wheel of dharma have been achieved by Buddha during his lifetime. Ancient society was much simpler, and the cosmopolitan manners of present are quite sophisticated in their understanding of reality already. Nevertheless, both are but an echo of the truth comprehended by magnificent divine beings.
Leaving your homeland, traveling for aeons to reach other shores and returning, this difficult endeavor is already unimaginable for an ordinary person. If the solitude of aeons had a manifestation – that would be a bodhisattva worth following throughout all times and spaces.
Some say that Falun Gong’s hypocrisy is truly unseen in its scope, but let me tell you that there’s also lots of honesty in it. Designating us as the enemies of Buddha, as enemies of the Sangha and Dharma, just exemplifies the enormity of the deviation that occurred within the Falun Gong Associations. Not surprisingly, for many people are used to the utmost corruption of spiritual leaders and the dishonesty of cults formed during the Dharma-ending Age. Not surprisingly, as many equate ego with money and vice versa nowadays.
Practicing restraint and abstaining from harmful behavior is the only way leading to the liberation of all beings. Correct your understanding of the Dharma so as to evade the evil traps, arranged by the sly, venomous demon Mara – destroyer of the worlds. Leading a spiritual life is the noblest endeavor, helping people to attain illumination is the greatest achievement. Following the Dao to heavens and back is the ultimate sacrifice.
Enlightenment, when experienced after long and painful effort, is the ultimate crowning of a being. Liberated, its purpose is to realize the Dao and save sentient beings. Upon glimpsing into the ultimate nature of reality, one is sure to resurrect his self from fragmented to whole. Unfortunately, many people fall immediately to their previous states or even worse states thanks to the muddy imperfections of the mind. Especially those not trained in the noble path might develop feelings of anger, resentment, animosity and various incorrect views in their mind-object consciousness.
Conversely, those who do not get lost, who keep the practice of meditation, study and reflection, can achieve great things working for the benefit of all beings. Our practice, being the oldest practice still functioning perfectly in this kalpa, is suitable for reaching enlightenment. We are not fighting against established religions, for they too have their own divine mysteries, customs and noble spiritual goals. An ordinary person would do good to worship the Divine, offer multitudes of tormas and look out for opportunities to elevate his or her own spiritual realm. For human life is short and regret will be huge if the opportunity to encounter, absorb and practice the Dharma is missed in this lifetime.
