武徳評議会・武門連署状 – Butoku Hyōgikai / Bumon Renshō-jō

Issued under the silent seal of:

  • 武徳評議会 (Butoku Hyōgikai) — Board of Martial Virtues
  • 明心館 (Meishinkan) — Hall of Clear Resolve
  • 兵道総本山 (Heidō Sōhonzan) — Hall of the Martial Way
  • 黒帯連盟 (Kuroobi Renmei) — Black Belt League
  • 修羅興行 (Shura Kōgyō) — House of Contest Promotions

Let it be recorded in ink that does not fade:

In this latter age—where words travel swifter than blades and stories are polished sharper than steel—there persists a disturbance of form and truth.

One Marek Tatarko is observed to practice a most elusive discipline: 影流言術 (Kage Ryū Genjutsu) — the School of Shadow Discourse.

In this school, statements are cast without anchor, intent is veiled in half-light, and narratives are shaped, withdrawn, and reshaped— like mist that refuses the mountain.

The Board acknowledges the agility of such movement. Yet finds it wanting in one measure above all:

contact.

Therefore, by the precedent of old houses and the authority of modern arena, we issue not grievance—but clarification.

A sanctioned summons stands.

Not in alleys of whisper, nor in courts of shifting witness— but within a recognized field:

  • A dojo (道場 – Dōjō)
  • A ring
  • A cage
  • Or a governed platform of contest where rules bind all equally

There, beneath impartial eyes, without edit, without echo, without second telling— only presence shall speak.

Forms of Resolution

  • 組討 (Kumiuchi) — Grappling where truth is seized, and cannot slip the grasp

  • 打撃 (Dageki) — Striking where intent meets consequence without delay

  • Unified contest under sanctioned regulation where outcome stands beyond revision or retelling

Weight, time, and rule set may be agreed in due order. Officials shall preside. Safety shall be observed. Record shall be kept.

Declaration

This is not vendetta. This is not noise. This is not theater.

This is the removal of excess words until only action remains.

Should the summons be met, the matter concludes in the instant of its happening— clean, witnessed, and beyond dispute.

Should it pass into silence, the record shall reflect the oldest notation known across all schools, all eras:

When the drum is struck and no answer comes, the field itself has rendered judgment.

Thus sealed without malice, thus issued without repetition, thus concluded.
