Prologue to Valhalla
In days long past beneath starlit skies,
A gathering revered in Odin’s halls,
Wisdom sought and knowledge prized.
The mighty god, keen mind’s disguise.
The First Act: Hall of Echoes
Odin stood at hall doors’ golden door,
Eyes scanning endless texts stored within:
Scrolls that told the tale untold before.
Amongst this trove so vast he found
Truth in runes and whispers old.
He sought to grasp what lay concealed—
Secrets held by time, not man.
A scholar’s heart would know his way!
Yet still more knowledge Odin thirsted for,
And gods like him were seldom spare
In questing minds that did not sway.
Second Act: The Wise One’s Challenge
“Know what lies within your mind,”
Asked the great Norse sage to men.
“A thought, an idea…”
A concept vague and unrefined.
So Odin pondered deep at night,
In search of answers yet unknown—
Would wisdom truly take its flight?
He questioned each response with care:
From scholars wise across all lands.
Closing Verse: A Frozen Chase
For knowledge is an endless sea.
A quest that cannot be complete nor stay
Until the last dawn’s golden light.
Thus Odin, like a raven winged,
Continues his pursuit of wisdom bright—
In Valhalla’s halls ever so wise.
