Clarification on the Unjust Excommunication
Our organization informed Amnesty International, law enforcement agencies, the Office of the President, various media and television outlets, human rights organizations, and advocates about the recent developments regarding our unjust excommunication.
We have diligently provided evidence and detailed explanations to clarify the truth behind our wrongful excommunication. This information has been shared with all relevant parties to ensure transparency and to seek justice. Despite our efforts, we regret to report that there has been no response or acknowledgement from any representatives or bodies associated with Falun Gong.
It is important to highlight that such practices of unjust excommunication are routine within certain organizations. They are upheld internationally without sufficient transparency, making it difficult for affected individuals to seek recourse. These practices are in clear violation of the European Union Charter of Fundamental Rights, specifically:
Article 11: The right to freedom of expression and information, which ensures the right to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference.
Article 21: The right to non-discrimination, which prohibits any discrimination based on any ground such as race, religion, or belief.
Article 47: The right to an effective remedy and to a fair trial, which ensures that everyone whose rights and freedoms guaranteed by the law of the Union are violated has the right to an effective remedy before a tribunal.
This silence from Falun Gong is concerning and raises serious questions about their commitment to justice and truth.
