Nonviolence
Ahimsa, or nonviolence is the leading idea and aspiration of humankind since antiquity. Buddhism as well as Christianity have nonviolence and no-harm as their main tenets in their doctrinal systems. Subscribing to these high ideals, or an aspiration to achieve peaceful resolution of all conflicts is of top priority.
Our practitioners had to bear enormous amounts of karma for sentient beings, dissolve negative energy fields and correct the wrong display of unmature endeavours of force. For humankind to progress to the next stage it is advisory to practice non-violence first and utmost.
Where there is a need for the middle-path resolution, an aspiration at that level should be exercised as a base upon which an ability to reach higher realms is possible. Economic and geopolitical interests of nations will surely be resolved at an appropriate time. Was Sakyamuni a communist just because he established a sangha community?
To participate in any of today's religious politics is nearly impossible for many, due to their various commitments in the secular world, pursuing technological research or raising the next generation of beings. Positions of divine leadership are therefore left for the capable few that should coordinate the overall situation justly. Our exclusion from the mailing list, for those who believe that it still exist, is a testament to this. Exercising the power of cessation of wrong ideas, attachments to seeking novelty and other incorrect states of mind. Are we right, or are we wrong?
Religions of the present time were established to safeguard the core beliefs throughout the long process of development of humankind through which nonviolence threads as the leading principle. Advent of telephone, computer, internet and so on diminished the burden of oral transmission of ideas, as well as the need to safeguard the cultural artefacts this way. Religions of today serve primarily as a way to uplift, restore and elevate the human mind, wisdom, consciousness and soul enabling one to connect with the Divine. Preparation for various transitions on various levels as well as ways to overcome various challenges when dealing with ignorance, hate and corruption of different beings in different dimensions at different levels have been underway for a very long time.
